Bikram Yoga is Amazing!!!!





Bikram Yoga is Amazing!!! I've always been a really active person, I can't relax whatsoever, I always need to be moving. Exercise to me requires fast paced, active movement. I need to be running, jumping, breaking a sweat. I admit i was always against yoga, How is that a workout you're not even moving????? Well i was totally wrong. My first experience with yoga was a few years ago, it was okay, not my kind of exercise. Then two months ago i tried Bikram Yoga......Oh my gosh I loved it!!! It's yoga in a heated room, not a sauna. You sweat so much, it's awesome, so i guess I was proved wrong, It's one of the best workouts I've ever done!!!! Try it :)
