Don't Face your Problems Alone

Problems can appear to be unsolvable. We are social creatures that need to discuss our problems with others, whether it be those who care about us or those who have faced the same problems we have. When we are alone problems fester. By sharing we can gain perspective and find solutions.
(The 100 Simple Secrets of Happy People)

When we are going through difficult times, stressing, problems, deaths, arguments, depression etc we tend to dig deeper into our problems without finding solutions. We surround ourselves with the problem, and let it overwhelm us. The best thing to do is to let it out, tell someone, even if it's just to vent. Sometimes it doesn't matter if they are listening or not, you just need someone there, so you can say you're problems out loud. Either the person you are telling can help you find a possible solution or you yourself can answer your questions, or find a solution. I've had times in which I'm overwhelmed and as soon as talk to someone i realize it's not that big of a deal, and i know exactly what i need to do.
