Give yourself limits


I always eat when i do homework, or watch TV. i recently notice that i don't realize how much i eat. I'm not paying attention and i look down.....oh my gosh i just finished the whole bag of chips or candy. So i learned a new little trick you can do to avoid feeling guilty....First off you can start by switching junk food to a bowl of grapes or cut up apples, oranges, etc. If you can't be with out junk food you can stop eating it straight out of the bag. What I mean is you can get a regular 8oz cup or bowl and put a portion, so when you're done you brain gets tricked into thinking it's all done, and you feel better after because you didn't finish the whole bag.......
