Improve your Sleep

Here are four steps to take to begin Improving your quality of sleep.
Step 1: Take stock of your daily caffeine consumption. Starting tomorrow keep a tally of your caffeine intake. Coffee, Soda, Chocolate bar, Medicine.
Step 2: Interpret your results. Caffeine levels beyond 250 mg may result in diminished deep sleep.
Step 3: Gradually reduce intake of caffeine. rapid reductions cause withdrawal, with symptoms like anxiety, headaches, and insomnia. Works best if you reduce 25% per week.
Step 4: If you are experiencing any amount of anxiety, agitation, restlessness, the ideal goal would be to completly eliminate caffeine.

Little things like this can help improve your sleep, even depression. The better you sleep the better you feel in general. It's interesting how the consumption of caffeine can diminish deep sleep. Also exercise can increase the quality of sleep and increase deep sleep.
